BARRE BOUNCE

The latest in sculpting and toning at the Barre but adding the cardio burn on our world-class bungee rebounders [trampolines]. These routines have been fine-tuned to deliver the best results based on the best the Barre has to offer without the knee or low back issues of traditional cardio. Join us and change up your routine to keep your body changing in the right direction.

With the spring free rebounder, you get a low impact cardio workout that protects the joints and increases lymphatic flow. Did you know that the lymphatic system helps the body to drain waste and toxins through its ducts? You will definitely sweat!

CARDIO BOUNCE

A heart-pounding total body cardio class on our world-class bungee rebounders [trampolines]. In this class you’ll rock out with ~40 minutes of nonstop cardio moves that include arms, abs and legs. Be prepared to sweat and MOVE as you pump your legs quickly to the beat of the music. Then we’ll slow it down with a few sculpting moves, and you’ll leave class feeling light on your feet and energized. It’s no wonder this class is a crowd pleaser!

*** This class is intermediate for most students. All levels are welcome as students can modify the intensity. But if you are new to jumping and want a beginner/intro class, try Barre Bounce.

HIIT BOUNCE

Short bursts of high-intensity training and cardio endurance sequences will keep your heart rate up and give your metabolism a boost. Sculpting sections incorporate the most effective ab exercises, standing abs all on a fitness trampoline. Pilates and body weight exercises to strengthen and sculpt your whole body.

BOUNCE LEAN

This class will keep your arms moving and core engaged with fun cardio & sculpting sequences on the rebounder. Elastics, hand weights, and body weight exercises target your legs, butt, abs and arms. Challenging ab intervals are fused with focused arm exercises.

**We require grip socks for Bounce Classes**

NOTES: Barefoot; Clients with active knee, ankle or back pain should wait for full recovery before rebounding.
